How to Approve and Lock Punches?

There are two ways to Approve and Lock Punches. Either or both can be used, as they each work a bit differently and serve a different purpose:

1. Approve and/or Lock Punches individually or in Bulk:    Custom Punch States

We also have on our roadmap to be able to generate an Approval Workflow Policy that will automatically notify multiple stakeholders, such as Worker, Supervisor, Project Manager, Payroll Manager, and/or Executive to approve or acknowledge times, either daily or for payroll. Stay tuned!
