What’s happening
You can log in on your computer, but punching in on your phone doesn’t work. This can happen after your province changes its time rules, like keeping daylight saving time all year.
Why
Fareclock is already updated for the new time rules. Your phone needs the update too. If your phone is out of date, it can send the wrong time to Fareclock, even when the time on your screen looks right.
How to fix it
Open your phone’s Settings.
Tap System, then System update.
If you see an update, tap Download or Install.
Restart your phone when it finishes.
Open the Fareclock app and try to punch in.
Tip: Also make sure your phone sets the time on its own. Go to Settings > System > Date & time, then turn on Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically
