Time Cards are a powerful tool designed to help you efficiently manage employee work records. Whether you need to edit details for a single worker or make updates in bulk, Time Cards provide the flexibility and control you need. This feature allows you to adjust shifts, add or modify time off, and review all relevant details. Additionally, Time Cards allow you to easily view, manage, and print work-related information, making them an essential part of streamlining your workforce management process.
Step 1: Go to the Fareclock Admin Console and go to Manage. Under ‘Manage’ find and click the ‘Time Cards’.
Step 2: Select the worker(s) whose details you want to modify by checking the box next to their avatar.
You can also filter by organization units, departments, labels, pay classes, and more to refine your selection.
You can set your Date Range using a Preset (e.g., Last Pay Period), or enter a custom range.
Step 3: To edit the 'IN' and 'OUT' times, click on the corresponding box for the specific date and adjust the time to match the worker's schedule. You can either use the arrows to set the time or type the desired time directly into the field for added convenience. After entering the punch IN/OUT time, click the Select button or simply press ‘ENTER’ to save your changes.
Note that full keyboard navigation is supported, allowing you to type in times with intelligent parsing. For example, entering "17" will automatically convert to 5:00 PM.
Step 4: You can save the details as they are or customize specific fields to suit the requirements of that particular shift. Various icons are available to assist with different configurations, such as jobs, custom fields, notes, punch state, shifts, and more.
To save the details, click the green check button, the ‘Save’ button above, or press Ctrl+S.

You can duplicate punch information by copying and pasting them as needed.
Editing User’s Details:
To edit a user's details directly, simply click on their name without navigating to Settings > Users.
Creating and Editing Shift:
To modify a shift's details directly, click on the shift.
Bulk Edit Punch State:
You can also perform bulk actions such as updating punch states, approving punches, and locking them.
Print and Save to PDF:

You can also print the time card(s) by clicking on the following icon:
You can choose to print the time card on a single page or generate a separate page for each worker.

You can also save the time card(s) as PDF by clicking on this icon:

Time Card Settings:

You can adjust the date picker position, select the display density (default or compact), enable or configure auto-save settings, customize animations for missed breaks, and toggle the display of shift subtotals.
Mobile:
Note that on mobile, you can hide the left worker list sidebar by tapping the corresponding button, allowing full-screen timecard editing.

Bulk Edit:
