Set-up:
Step 1: Open your organization's console.
In the left corner of your screen, you will see 'Settings'.
Step 2: Click 'Settings’, and you will find 'Devices'.
Step 3: Select the device for which you want to edit the settings.
Step 4: After selecting the device, you will find a settings option underneath where you can locate 'Security Settings'.
Step 5: After clicking it, you can either edit the administrator PIN or select 'Random Pin' for added security. Next, tick the box next to 'View workers'.
Note: If you do not check this box, the administrator will need to enter their email and password to access the list.
Step 6: Once done, this will allow you to tick other settings based on the permissions you want to give the admin's device in the Mobile Time Clock application Menu.
You can control which user fields are visible or editable when using the Device Admin PIN in Fareclock. This allows you to limit what information device admins can access on shared devices, helping protect sensitive data and ensure they only see what's necessary for their role.
Step 7: Click ‘Save & Close’.
