How to Send Bulk Notification Messages

Administrators can send notification messages to multiple workers at once using the Bulk Send feature in the Console. This is useful for sending company announcements, policy updates, reminders, or any other important information to selected workers. This feature is available in our Premium Plan.

Step 1: Go to the Fareclock Admin Console and go to Settings. Under ‘Settings’ find and click ‘Users’.

Step 2: Click the ‘Bulk Select’ button above.

Step 3: After clicking it, select the users you want to send a notification message by checking the box next to their avatar.

Step 4: After selecting all the workers, click the downward arrow next to the "Bulk Action" button.

Step 5: Select ‘Send Notification Message’.

Note: A robust in-app messaging feature, similar to WhatsApp, is included in our product roadmap. This will enable seamless communication among users within the organization.
