You can use this to control which features an admin can access when using Fareclock on their personal device. If no features are selected, the admin will automatically have access to all available options. Keep in mind that some features may still be limited based on the admin’s overall permission settings.
This functionality requires app version 3.6 or later. Earlier versions always grant full access to all features.
Step 1: Go to the Fareclock Admin Console and go to Settings. Under ‘Settings’ find and click ‘Users’.
Step 2: Find the admin whose settings you want to edit.
Step 3: Under ‘Personal Device Settings’, once the personal device mode is set to ‘Admin’, an additional setting will appear.
- Worker list - The admin can view and manage the workers list in the app.
- Group mode - The device can be switched between Admin Mode and Group Mode to allow other workers to clock in and out.
- Personal clock - The admin can clock in and out on this device if assigned a worker role.
- Schedules - Admin will be able to view the global schedule for all workers.
If no features are selected, the admin will have access to all available options by default. Note that some features may still be restricted based on the admin’s overall permission settings.
