This article explains how administrators can view and review punch locations for both active and inactive workers. This is useful for attendance reviews, payroll verification, audits, and resolving location-related questions, ensuring punch location data remains accessible even after a worker has been deactivated.
Step 1: Go to the Fareclock Admin Console and go to Manage. Under ‘Manage’ find and click ‘Geo Mapping’.
Step 2: Click the “Clock Logs” here.
Step 3: You can filter the results by worker, date, and org units.
Step 4: To filter active or inactive workers, go to “Workers”. To include inactive workers in the list, select the checkbox labeled “Include inactive workers”.
