This article explains how administrators can check whether workers have downloaded and installed the Fareclock mobile app. Viewing the app installation status helps ensure workers are properly set up to clock in and out and allows administrators to follow up with users who have not yet installed the app.
Step 1: Go to the Fareclock Admin Console and go to Settings. Under ‘Settings’ find and click ‘Devices’.
Step 2: Search for the device and check the ‘Last Communication Time’ column. If no device appears, it means the worker has not completed the device setup.
