The Bulk Add Pay Rate feature allows administrators to assign or update pay rates for multiple workers at once. This helps streamline payroll setup and ensures consistency across your workforce.
Step 1: Go to the Fareclock Admin Console and go to Settings. Under ‘Settings’ find and click ‘Users’.
Step 2: Click the downward arrow next to the "Add User" button in the top-right corner, then select "Import pay rates."
Step 3: Select how pay rates should be imported.
- Append to Existing keeps the current pay rates and adds the new one.
- Overwrite Existing removes the current pay rates and replaces them with the new one.
Step 4: You can download a sample template to update user information, but using it exactly is optional.
Step 5: Once the file is ready, upload it.
Step 6: Verify that the first row contains column titles.
Step 7: Once you've confirmed or ignored each column, scroll to the bottom and click the "Review" button.
Step 8: Any validation errors will be highlighted, allowing you to make the necessary corrections. If no errors are found, you can proceed to submit the file.
You can also use the toggle options above to display only rows or columns with issues or values.
