Can We Use Fareclock Offline?

Overview

Fareclock’s mobile app can operate offline, allowing users to clock in and out even without an internet connection. All data will automatically sync once the device is back online.

However, if you prefer to require your organization to be online during clock-ins and clock-outs, you may refer to the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Admin Console.

Step 2: Go to Settings, and click Devices.

Step 3: Click “Defaults” in the blue strip tab, then navigate to Synchronization Settings.

Step 4: Enable “Require device be online”, then click Save after.

Please note that when this feature is enabled, employees will not be able to clock in or out without an internet connection.
