Your time clock may have offline punches which it never uploaded to our servers. You'll want to check your time clock's network connection status to make sure it can connect to WiFi/cellular and to the internet. Once you've verified a working internet connection, you'll then want to start our app to sync all offline punches. When you run our app, it should say "online" in green at the bottom left. If there is a number after that in parentheses, that means there are still that many punches that need to be synced. Once they're all synced, you'll be able to view the punches in the Admin Console.
