You can allow workers to submit Missed Punch requests through the mobile time clock application. These requests can be reviewed within the console to either approve or reject them.
Setup
Step 1: Go to the Fareclock Admin Console and go to Settings. Under ‘Settings’ find and click ‘Devices’.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Defaults’ tab above.
Step 3: Find and click 'Feature Settings'.
Step 4: Enable "Allow workers to submit missed punch request".
Submit Request
Step 1: Open the Mobile Time Clock app, tap "Worker Start," authenticate with facial recognition, and then select the "Actions" tab.
Step 2: Go to ‘Missed Punch’.
Step 3: You can input punch-in and punch-out times, job (if enabled), and provide additional notes as needed.
Approve/Reject Request
Notification:
Step 1: If there are any pending Missed Punch requests requiring action, a red notification badge displaying the number of pending requests will appear in the top-right corner of the Admin Console, over the bell notification icon.
Missed Punches (Manage):
Step 1: Go to the Fareclock Admin Console and go to Manage. Under ‘Manage’ find and click ‘Raw Punches’.
Step 3: Click Approve (Thumbs Up) to confirm or Reject (Thumbs Down) to reject the request. If the request is for approval, a confirmation modal will appear for review and editing. If there are existing punches that the request could match to, you can select the appropriate one, edit the costing, and add notes as needed.
