This feature allows for efficient tracking of employee attendance, ensuring smooth and accurate timekeeping directly from your mobile device or through group devices for multiple workers.
Mode: Personal Admin Mode
Step 1: Open the Mobile Time Clock Application.
Step 2: Tap the ‘Workers’ button.
Step 3: Click the three horizontal lines next to the search bar.
Step 4: You can see filters above the list of worker’s name:
Clocked Checkbox - Enables the filter to show only workers who are specifically clocked in or out, based on the selected IN/OUT toggle (option #2). If this filter is disabled, the report will include all workers regardless of their clock-in status.
In/Out Toggle - Filters the report to show only workers who are clocked IN or only those who are clocked OUT, depending on the selected option—applicable only if option #1 is enabled.
Here Checkbox - Filters for workers who are clocked in specifically on the device currently in use, excluding those clocked in on other devices.
Step 5: You can also filter workers by department, org unit, and job.

Step 2: On the left menu, tap the three stacked lines, then select ‘Workers’.
