This article provides a step-by-step guide to using the Mobile Time Clock in Personal Time Clock mode with Face or PIN verification. You'll learn how to clock in and out securely, navigate the app, and use available tools for accurate time tracking.
Upon launching the application, tap ‘Worker Start’ to begin.
The app will initiate facial recognition, and upon successful verification, you’ll be directed to the worker screen.
In this section, you can view your notifications, including the date and time, announcements, your current clock-in or clock-out status, shift details, and geo-location information.
Actions
Briefings - When enabled in the console, this section will display any briefings shared by your organization. These briefings, typically in PDF format, contain important company updates or policy changes. You are required to review and acknowledge each briefing to confirm your understanding and compliance.
Credentials - When enabled in the console, the 'Credentials' tab allows you to manage and track required documents and certifications. This may include items like passports, work visas, driver’s licenses, or job-specific credentials such as first aid certification. Keeping this information updated helps ensure compliance with your organization’s requirements.
Missed Punch - For missed punches, you may submit a correction request directly within the app. You can enter the missing clock-in and/or clock-out times, select the applicable job if necessary, and include any relevant notes to clarify the situation.
Time Off - You have the option to submit time off requests as a worker. You can also view your accruals and leave balances.
User Profile - The User Profile section in the mobile app contains fields that workers are permitted to update. Administrators can configure these settings in the Console.
Reports
Pay stubs - Provides secure access to view and download official payroll statements.
Punch History - Displays a comprehensive log of all recorded time punches for reference and verification.
Shift calendar - Shows assigned shifts and work schedules in a clear, calendar-based format.
Total tallies - Summarizes total hours worked, including regular time, overtime, and other tracked categories.
