This article explains how to use the Report-Only mode of the Mobile Time Clock. In this mode, workers cannot clock in or out but can still access key information like schedules, shift details, punch history, and pay reports.
1. Notifications - On this page, you can view all system notifications related to your account and activity.
2. Briefings - When enabled in the console, this section will display any briefings shared by your organization. These briefings, typically in PDF format, contain important company updates or policy changes. You are required to review and acknowledge each briefing to confirm your understanding and compliance.
3. Credentials - When enabled in the console, the 'Credentials' tab allows you to manage and track required documents and certifications. This may include items like passports, work visas, driver’s licenses, or job-specific credentials such as first aid certification. Keeping this information updated helps ensure compliance with your organization’s requirements.
4. Pay stubs - Provides secure access to view and download official payroll statements.
5. Punch History - Displays a comprehensive log of all recorded time punches for reference and verification.
6. Shift Calendar - Shows assigned shifts and work schedules in a clear, calendar-based format.
7. Time Off - You have the option to submit time off requests as a worker. You can also view your accruals and leave balances.
8. Total Tallies - Summarizes total hours worked, including regular time, overtime, and other tracked categories.
9. User Profile - The User Profile section in the mobile app contains fields that workers are permitted to update. Administrators can configure these settings in the Console.
