Overview
Subscription modifications, whether changing a plan or canceling a subscription, can only be accessed by users with the Account Owner role.
Step 1: Go to the Admin Console.
Step 2: Under Settings, go to Billing and click Change Plan.
Step 3: A prompt will appear where you can modify your current plan. From there, you can change your subscription (plan type), add number of active users, update your credit card information, or compare plan features. Once you’re satisfied with your selection, simply click ‘Purchase’ at the bottom of the prompt.
