Scheduled reports can be configured as either Private or Organization Shared. Sharing a scheduled report allows authorized administrators to view and manage its configuration, making it easier to collaborate and maintain reporting across your organization.
To share a scheduled report with your organization, your administrator account must have the Edit Organization Settings permission.
Share a Scheduled Report
Step 1: Go to the Fareclock Admin Console and go to Memorized Reports.
Step 2: Select the scheduled report you want to share.
Step 3: Locate the Ownership setting.
Step 4: Change the ownership from Private to Organization Shared.
