Assigning Users to Multiple Health & Safety Policies

Admins can assign a user to multiple Health & Safety policies. Each policy can contain different credentials, briefings, and forms, allowing admins to combine requirements without creating a separate policy for every combination.

How It Works

For example, an organization may have policies based on:

• Job role: Driver, Dispatcher, Warehouse Worker
• Region: North, South, East

Instead of creating a separate policy for every job role and region combination, admins can create the policies independently and assign the appropriate policies to each user.

For example:

• Driver Policy → Requirements for drivers
• North Region Policy → Requirements for workers in the North region

A user assigned to both policies will have the combined credentials, briefings, and forms from both policies.

This approach reduces the number of policies needed and makes it easier to manage requirements based on different criteria.
